ANodes - Discord Bot Hosting Terms of Service
1. General Terms
- By creating an account on ANodes, whether free or paid, you automatically agree to these Terms of Service.
- Failure to follow these terms may result in suspension or termination.
- ANodes reserves the right to discontinue or shut down its services entirely at any time.
2. Service Description
- ANodes provides Discord bot hosting and development services, primarily for Node.js and Python-based applications. Hosting services are offered through free and monthly subscription plans.
3. Payments & Billing
- Payments are required monthly for paid accounts.
- Failure to make a payment on time will result in suspension until the due amount is settled.
- Refunds are available within 48 hours of the initial payment. After this period, payments are non-refundable.
- For paid accounts, you agree to pay all charges associated with the selected hosting plan. Billing details, including cycle and payment methods, will be outlined during account setup.
4. Service Suspension & Termination
- Missed payments will result in suspension until payment is received.
- Servers with prolonged unpaid balances may be deleted, with all related data permanently removed.
- Hosting illegal or malicious content, such as Discord RATs, malware, phishing websites, or similar software, will result in immediate termination without access to files.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
- Services may not be used for illegal activities, including hosting malicious bots, spamming, or fraudulent activities.
- Abuse of resources beyond allocated limits may result in suspension.
- Hosting copyrighted content without permission is prohibited.
- Hosting your own servers through ANodes is strictly forbidden and will result in service deletion.
6. Data & Liability
- ANodes is not responsible for data loss due to interruptions, suspensions, or terminations.
- Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups and complying with Discord's Terms of Service.
7. Changes to Terms
- ANodes reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
8. File Security
- Files hosted with ANodes are secure, but administrators may review them to ensure compliance with these Terms.
- ANodes administrators reserve the right to check hosted files, websites, and related services for malware, phishing attempts, or other malicious content.
- If you suspect your files have been stolen or cloned, open a support ticket for investigation.
9. Resource Usage
- Excessive use of system resources (RAM, CPU, storage) intended to stress servers or degrade performance is prohibited and may result in immediate deletion of your server.
10. Mining
- Mining of any kind (e.g., cryptocurrency) is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and deletion within 48 hours.
